The FIT-ING Room "We Change Lives" $46K Scholarship Giveaway

1. Sponsor

The FIT-ING Room, Slidell, Louisiana ("Sponsor"). Contact: info@thefit-ingroom.com.

2. Eligibility

Open to female legal residents of the United States who are 32 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees and contractors of Sponsor and their immediate household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

3. Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on the date this page is published and ends Friday, October 16, 2026 at 11:59 PM Central Time ("Entry Period"). Late or incomplete entries will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

Complete both steps of the application at the official Giveaway page during the Entry Period. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple or duplicate entries may be disqualified.

5. Kickstart Requirement

All entrants receive free access to the 14-Day Kickstart and a 14-day trial of The FIT-ING Room App, beginning Monday, October 19, 2026. To remain eligible to win, entrants must complete the 14-Day Kickstart. Participation in the Kickstart is free and requires no purchase.

6. Prizes

Grand Prize (1): A full-year scholarship to The FIT-ING Room's full-year coaching program, including coaching, genetic testing, laboratory testing, Concierge Medical Wellness services, nutrition and training programming, and app access. Approximate retail value (ARV): $16,000. Medical services, including GLP-1 and/or peptide therapy, are provided by licensed clinicians through Sponsor's medical partner, only when clinically appropriate as determined by that clinician. Eligibility for any medical treatment is not guaranteed.

Partial Scholarships (5): A partial scholarship toward a year of coaching with The FIT-ING Room, amount determined by Sponsor.

Total ARV of all prizes: $46,000. Prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be exchanged. Sponsor may substitute a service of equal or greater value if needed.

7. Winner Selection

Winners will be selected by Sponsor based on the completed application and completion of the 14-Day Kickstart. The Grand Prize winner will be announced on or about Tuesday, November 3, 2026. Partial scholarships will be offered to eligible finalists in the order their applications were received. Sponsor's decisions are final.

8. Notification

Winners will be notified by phone, text and/or email using the information provided. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days, or is found ineligible, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

9. Taxes

Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes. Winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more may be required to provide tax information and may receive an IRS Form 1099.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited, winners agree that Sponsor may use their first name, city and state, and a likeness and testimonial they choose to provide, for promotional purposes without additional compensation. Sharing your story is optional and will only be used with your permission.

11. Health Disclaimer

Participation in any fitness, nutrition or medical program carries risks. Consult your physician before beginning any exercise or nutrition program. Individual results vary, and Sponsor makes no guarantee of specific results. Nothing in this Giveaway is medical advice.

12. Privacy

Information collected is used to administer the Giveaway and communicate with you about it and The FIT-ING Room's services. We never sell or share your personal information. You may opt out of communications at any time (reply STOP to texts or click unsubscribe in emails). See our Privacy Policy.

13. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failure or any other factor impairs its integrity. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions.

14. Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants release Sponsor, its medical partners and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of any prize, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Platform Release

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Meta from any liability.

16. Governing Law

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
